UFO hype vs reality: What Trump’s new files actually reveal

Following direct orders from President Donald Trump, the Pentagon has begun releasing a large collection of previously unseen UFO files through a new public archive at war.gov/UFO.  “The American people can now access the federal government’s declassified UAP files instantly,” the Pentagon said in a press release. The files include military footage, pilot reports, infrared imagery and decades-old government records. Officials say more material will continue to be added over time.
