SpaceX Starship Flight 15: Possible launch date and why is this test different?

SpaceX has completed static-fire tests of Super Heavy Booster 22 and Starship Ship 42 ahead of Flight 15. According to new information shared by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the current target date for the 15th integrated test flight is November 12, pending regulatory approval. The mission could see SpaceX attempt its first-ever tower catch of both rocket stages. While Super Heavy has already been caught multiple times, Ship 42 must survive atmospheric reentry and return to Starbase for a potential catch by the launch tower's mechanical arms.
